How to create Load Order (Load)?

To create Load Order you need to go to TMS module

Than Open Load Order Menu and Click “Create button“

You will need to fill out these fields from Rate Confirmation which you received from Broker

• Dispatcher Name

• Customer/Broker Company

• Total Weight: (In Pounds)

• Freight Rate

• Pick Up Locations

• Delivery Locations

In Cargo tab you can specify what kind of freight should be hauled in this load (If not specified system will automatically create it with name “Cargo“ )

You an specify information like

Cargo name

Weight

Special Conditions

Trailer type needed

After all inputs just click button Save on top left
