Dispatcher Board
Dispatcher Board Overview:
Navigation:
a. Navigate between weeks using Previous, Now, and Next buttons.
b. Choose a custom date to display trips for that date.
c. Update button refreshes the board for newly created trips.
d. Day, Week, Month, and Year buttons control the calendar display.
e. Icons represent different statuses and information.Not Confirmed Trips: Click to view trips that are already in progress but not in Dispatched status.
Unclosed Trips: View trips that have been delivered but not yet closed in Delivered stage.
Search Bar: Search for drivers, trucks, trailers, or phone numbers.
Expand/Collapse: Expand or collapse all dispatcher driver lists.
Dispatcher and Drivers:
- List of dispatchers, helpers, and drivers on the left.
- Number of drivers assigned to the dispatcher and extension details.
- Check sign displays documents with upcoming expiration dates.

Samsara Alerts: Bell icon indicates drivers with Samsara alerts. Click to view and manage Samsara alerts.
Driver Details:
- Click on a driver's name for HOS details and to open their profile.
- Click on a truck number to view details, location, fuel level, ETA, and open the vehicle profile.

Fuel Level and Distance:
- Gas station icon indicates low fuel levels.
- Distance sign checks if the distance between the truck and trailer is suitable.

Status Colors:
- Colors represent different statuses for trucks, trailers, and trips.

Document Expiration:
- Orange or red color indicates upcoming or expired document expirations.
- Click to view a list of documents and their expiration dates.

Driver Phone Number: Displayed for quick contact.
Calendar: Displays trips on the calendar for visual scheduling.
Load and Trip Creation: Right-click to create loads and trips directly from the dispatcher board.
Leave Status: Create leave statuses for drivers, including Idle: No Cargo and Idle: No Driver.
