Dispatcher duties step 1

  • Send rate confirmation to data entry specialist with assigned Truck , trailer and Driver (Drivers)

Data Entry duties steps

  • Copy EXACT DATA from rate confirmation in to the load sheet.

  • After you save they need to get load to Confirmed Stage

  • IMPORTANT - Create Trip (Or Trips) and move them to Confirmed Stage

Dispatcher duties step 2 and 3

  • After Load picked up with driver - Move trip in to In Progress Stage.

  • After trip get delivered - Move Trip in to Delivered Stage (Trailer is empty and BOL received by driver)
