Dispatch Process Using Driver Mobile Application from Driver Perspective:
Load and Trip Creation:
- The Dispatcher creates a Load and Trip in the Helix system.
Trip Notification:
- The Trip is initially in the Planned stage. When the Dispatcher moves the Trip to the Pending stage using the "To Pending" button, a notification is sent to the Driver's mobile application, indicating that a new Trip has been created.

Trip Acceptance:
- The Driver reviews the Trip details on their mobile app and clicks the "Accept" button. This action transitions the Trip to the Dispatched stage, and the associated Load is also marked as Dispatched.

Begin Work:
- Once the Driver starts driving from the Initial Location, they click the "Begin Work" button on their mobile app. This action signals that the Trip is in progress, and both the Trip and Load are updated to the In Progress stage.

Pick-Up Process:
- Upon reaching the Pick-Up location, the Driver obtains the necessary documentation. Any relevant documents are then sent to Helix from the Driver's mobile app.
Delivery Process:
- Similarly, upon reaching the Delivery location, the Driver collects any required documents and uploads them to Helix. These documents can be viewed within the Load details if needed.

Finish Trip:
- After successfully delivering the Load and ensuring all documents are sent to Helix, the Driver clicks the "Finish Trip" button on their mobile app. This action marks the Trip and relevant Load that has same Delivery Location as Delivered in the system.
By following these steps, Drivers and Dispatcher can efficiently manage Trips and Loads using their mobile application, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates throughout the dispatch process.
