Filters functionality in Helix

1. Advanced Filters
The search bar often comes equipped with advanced filters. Users can apply various criteria to narrow down search results. Filters may include date ranges, categories, and custom fields that are relevant to the specific module.

2. Boolean Searches
Users can perform Boolean searches to refine their queries. By using operators such as AND, OR, and NOT, they can create complex search queries to find records that meet specific conditions.

3. Saved Searches
Helix allows users to save frequently used or complex search queries for quick access. This is particularly useful for recurring searches, as users can load saved searches without having to recreate the criteria each time.

4. Search Results Page
After initiating a search, users are directed to a search results page. Here, they can view a list of records that match the search criteria. The results page may include summary information, and users can click on records to access detailed views.

5. Search in Lists, Kanban and Pivot Views
In list views and Kanban views, users can refine their search within the displayed records. Dynamic filters and search options are often available directly within these views for an enhanced user experience.

7. Search in Custom Fields
Custom fields added to modules are also included in the search scope. Users can search for values within these custom fields to find records that meet specific criteria.

8. Combining Filters
Users can combine multiple filters and search criteria to create intricate queries. This flexibility ensures that searches can be tailored to meet diverse requirements within each module.

9. Search History
Helix may keep a history of recent searches, allowing users to revisit and reuse previous search queries. This feature promotes efficiency and consistency in finding information.
