How to add Deductions and Awards using Batch module?

Go into P.Expenses module and choose Batch Preliminary Expenses 

Than click Create button 

Now you should enter Name, Registration Date, Asset, Driver

How you should add Expeses and Awards using Add a line

First you choose Awards Category, its Award or Deduction

Next you add amount into To Collect/To awards field

Total Amount filled in automatically. Next you choose/create Product, choose Date of the award/deduction and add Description (it will be displayed in driver's print form)

 You can add as many deductions and awards in one Batch as you need.  Click save. Done.Now these awards and deductions will come into Settlements.
