How to create Service Log for Truck / Trailer?

1. You can create Service log from Maintenance plan

   

    

2. Create new Service log you can also via Fleet > Assets > TMS Assets service logs

   

   
   On the following page you will see list of all Service logs for all Vehicles. To create new Service Log you should click Create button
   
   

   

In Services Details you should fill in :
1. Asset

2. Service Type

3. Service Location

In Additional details you should fill in :

1. Start of

2. End of

3. Paid By

4. Payment Source

5. Vendor

6. Invoice Reference

7. Upload Invoice Scan

In Included Services you should add products that you where purchasing or changing, etc. (Like Oil, Filters…)

Note. You can include this Service into Driver’s Settlement using Collect / Award field (and if you will put a check mark next to T.R. this amount will be positive if not, it will be negative in driver’s settlement)

After all done you should click Save button.
