How to create Settlement for Owners / Owner Operators Trucks?

Create Settlement for Owners / Owner Operators Trucks

In module TMS accountant choose tab Settlements and in drop-down list choose Vehicle Settlements.

System will open all Settlements, which exist now for OO Trucks. You can filter them by the Driver. You want to click Create button in order to create new Settlement.

In the opened window Accountant choose the Truck and time frame, that corresponds to the Settlement Start and Settlement End

Atlassys-TMS creates all not paid Trips to the Driver for that period, and also assign all the expenses associated with Trips made during that time.

Accountant check all the data for Settlement and press Save button.

You can preview Print Form of the Settlement clicking Print > Print Settlement

Than we send Settlement document to the driver. Check settlement > click Action button > Choose Send

Pop-up with the Email and PDF file of the settlement details will be displayed

You check info such as Recipients email and when ready click Send. Done!
