How to Import Fuel from excel file?

To import fuel from excel file, you should go to TMS > Import > Fuel > Import Transactions…
Supported formats:

• CSV

• XLS
  
  

On the next page you should choose Provider, Bill Nr. and File and click Import

Now you see mapping fields from file and Atlassys. After you set up mapping you click Test import to check if there are some other errors.

Next you click Import button


On the next page you will see list of transactions that you going to import

On the next page you should click check-box to choose lines > choose Action > Process all records, so you will get them imported into the system.

Import complete.
