Load and Trip Staging explanation

There are Load stages and Trip stages and process looks like this 

Dispatcher Stages (All stages must be closed by dispatcher)

  1. Load Planned stage - dispatch entered load into the system - helix / load is planned - next stage is

  2. Load Pending stage - dispatch confirms dates, location etc.  

  3. Load Confirmed Stage - at this point trips can be created and further updates goes from trip updates

  4. Load Dispatched - Automated Stage (Load get in to the stage after first Trip get in to the stage Dispatched)

  5. Load In Progress - Automated Stage (Load get in to the stage after first Trip get in to the stage In Progress)

  6. Load Delivered - Automated Stage (Load get in to the stage after last trip with final Load Delivery location get in to the stage Delivered)

  7. Load TONU - Can be marked by Dispatcher If Load in Stage In Progress

  8. Load Canceled - Load canceled before Dispatcher created trip for driver

 

Accounting Stages (All stages must be closed by Accouter)

  1. Load Validated status - is when accounting takes over, meaning Acc checks all the documents rate confirmation, pod and all expenses. 

  2. Load Invoiced - means load was invoiced, paperwork sent to the broker /factoring 

  3. Load Done - We received money from BROKER (Not Factoring)

 

Trip statuses 

Trip Planned stage - means trip was created for the load and driver, truck and trl PRE assigned and can be changed at any time

Trip Pending stage - at this stage a msg to the driver is sent with all the details for pick up/drop off ect. When this gets accepted by the driver than it changing from pending to dispatch stage.

Trip Dispatched stage - driver accepted the trip but didn't pressed button “Begin Work”

Trip In progress stage - means driver started the job , going from point A to point B 

Trip Delivered stage - means trip was delivered (If this is the only trip in the load with first pickup and final delivery) than this stage will automatically put load in status delivered

Trip Done/Closed - dispatch closes the trip which means job was completed and after that load goes into Validated status
