Start using Mobile driver app Plan

For Drivers:

  1. Send Information Link:

    • Dispatchers send drivers a link containing detailed information on how to utilize the Mobile Driver App for load delivery processes.
    • Drivers are requested to review the information and confirm their acknowledgment of understanding by replying.
  2. Email Instructions for App Download:

    • Dispatchers email drivers step-by-step instructions for downloading and installing the Mobile Driver App, along with login credentials.
    • Upon completion, drivers must reply to confirm their readiness to commence using the Dispatch module on the Mobile Driver App.
  3. Consultation for Issues or Queries:

    • In case of any issues or queries regarding the mobile app, drivers are instructed to contact their dispatchers or Nazarii at nazar@atlassys-tms.com
    • Dispatchers, in turn, should consult with Nazar for further assistance in resolving any concerns.

For Dispatchers:

  1. Information Link for Dispatchers:

    • Dispatchers receive a link providing insights into how drivers utilize the mobile app during load deliveries, aligning with the Helix platform.
    • Dispatchers thoroughly review the information and reach out to Nazar for clarification or to schedule a call or meeting to address any lingering questions.
  2. Start using Mobile Driver app Upon Driver Confirmation:

    • Upon receiving confirmation from drivers that they have reviewed all information and are prepared to use the mobile app, dispatchers proceed to create a Trip that will be utilized by drivers on the Mobile Driver App.
  3. Contact IT Support for Assistance:

    • Dispatchers encountering any questions or encountering issues during the process are advised to reach out to the IT support team for prompt resolution at nazar@atlassys-tms.com
