What "Customer/Broker" field means in Load?

The "Customer/Broker" field in a Load shows who you're working with for a transportation job. It could be a customer or a broker—basically, the person or company you're providing transportation services for. When you create a load, you pick the customer or broker in this field to show who you're partnering with for that specific job.If the broker is not listed, you need to create it in Helix.
